Our $79 flat rate covers most standard ring repairs, including polishing and rhodium plating. You’ll see a clear “Included / Not Included” breakdown on this page.

Ring sizing, adding metal, stone replacement, and major reconstruction. If your ring needs additional materials, we’ll contact you first and bill materials at wholesale cost.

Most repairs are completed within 5–7 business days after your ring arrives. Complex repairs may take longer—if so, we’ll communicate it.

You do at checkout. After purchase, you’ll receive your shipping label and instructions so you can send your ring in securely.

Yes—shipments are handled securely and insured. Please package your ring carefully and follow the shipping instructions provided after checkout.

We’ll contact you before doing anything outside the flat rate. No surprise charges.

Yes—repairs are refurbished to like-new condition unless you request otherwise.
